6 Tips For A Great Experience With Magic Truffles in Amsterdam

Now there are different levels and you can get 10 grams or 15 grams. I did 15 and whats considered a level 3, and I definitely felt it. 3. Make sure to eat and stay hydrated
You want to eat something before but also have your stomach empty when you take them. I had breakfast early and then after the museum had a picnic but didn’t eat dinner. You definitely don’t have a big appetite on these and if you take them when you are full they will affect you less. I made the mistake of waking and baking before breakfast the next morning and passed out. Watch the episode.
4. Plan a fun chill day
Go to a museum, we did the Van Gogh, have a picnic in the park, walk all the cute streets of Amsterdam, listen to music, and enjoy existing. You are in freaking Amsterdam, baby!!
5. If you start to freak out
You’re going to feel a lot of things, and that may be overwhelming. If you start feeling anxious just go find a nice park and lay down and listen to music. Focus on the present, let your feelings wash over you, and then let them pass. Focus on what you can hear, see, feel, and smell. Truffles are a journey through the mind and are heavily dependent on your mindset. I go into more detail on having a positive mindset in the episode.
6. Protect your Valuables
You don’t wanna be feeling all the things and get your belongings jacked. With that said you’re still very with it, but this bag is perfect for exploring European cities. I feel so safe walking around with my valuables because I know shady peeps can’t get the goods. This is a must!!
